1.3. Project Content. Information submitted by Creators, including product descriptions, images, and media.
1.4. Communications. Records of correspondence with us (customer support, inquiries, etc.).
1.5. Technical Information. IP address, browser type, device data, cookies, and analytics related to use of the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Operate and provide the Services, including reservations and project listings.
Process payments and issue reservation credits.
Communicate with Users regarding confirmations, updates, promotions, and policy notices.
Improve, secure, and analyze the Services.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

3.1. Service Providers. We may share information with vendors such as payment processors, email platforms, hosting providers, and analytics services.
3.2. Creators. Limited backer information may be shared with Creators solely to facilitate discount eligibility or project communications.
3.3. Legal Compliance. Information may be disclosed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
3.4. Business Transfers. Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Reservation Credits

4.1. When a User purchases a reservation, the $1 payment is recorded as a reservation credit.
4.2. Credits may be applied toward eligible projects as described in the Terms of Service.
4.3. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are stored within the User’s account.

5. Cookies and Tracking

5.1. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, analyze usage, and improve marketing effectiveness.
5.2. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, though certain features may not function properly.

6. Data Security

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data transmitted through the Services.
