Creators get to use our website free of charge. In exchange, we keep the $1 to keep the lights on. This means there's no incentive for fraudulent products on our website. If the product never goes live, we'll credit your account with $1.

If the product has not launched yet, refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. To request a refund, email Contact@gograbbly.com with the information in our refunds page.

Crowdfunding platforms reward creators who have a lot of momentum on the first day.

By reserving a discount, you are showing your enthusiasm for the product. To the creator, this means you're much more likely to become a backer on launch day.

Additionally, it helps them get a head start on manufacturing by knowing how many products they will need right away.

This depends on the crowd funding platform being used. Our general policy is that creators using our platform must notify you of launch 2 hours before the general public. They also must have enough discounts available for all early bird backers during those two hours.

Outside of that, creators are at liberty to add more time to redeem the discount, which many tend to do!
